I have expectations and I’m disappointed often . However, I don’t believe that omitting expectations will bring satisfaction .
Satisfaction comes from another source . higher . more satisfying than our souls can bear . The source allows us to be satisfied when our expectations aren’t met . I’d like to believe that this is why I remain content in times when my expectations are disregarded . over and over . by different individuals . I could easily remove my expectations from existence but that would be a hopeless journey . I like expecting and hoping for better things .
